  • What are your COVID-19 protocols?

    The medical providers and staff at LUX are closely monitoring this situation and have put in place reasonable preventive measures targeted to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All staff are wearing required PPE, we sanitize surfaces and equipment between each patient visit, and we greet all clients with hand sanitizer and a temperature check. 

    If you do show signs or symptoms of COVID-19, have traveled outside of the province for the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone with symptoms or someone who has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.

  • Do I need to take a day off work after receiving treatment?

    It depends on the treatment, but in most cases, no. During the consultation, we will provide you with everything you need to know to prepare for your appointment and any after-treatment care. 

  • Where do I park?

    Our North Vancouver clinic features ample street-side parking, while our Burnaby clinic, located within The Amazing Brentwood, offers underground parking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We would appreciate 48 hours’ notice. 

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we do. Speak with the front desk or contact us by phone or email to purchase a gift card.

  • Does the consultation cost anything?

    No, our consultations are complimentary.

  • Are you open on holidays? 

    We’re closed every Saturday of a long weekend and on statutory holidays.

  • Do you have a referral and loyalty program?
